It has forever been our dream to empower our team members by enhancing every ounce of potential they home within themselves and founding Ajackus LearnVilla has been one of the initial steps to realize it. Ajackus has been integrating processes and methodologies through the platform of LearnVilla to instill our team members with holistic and all-encompassing training and make them world-class remote engineers and team members.

The Inception

After 4 months of planning, organizing, and consistent executions of those plans, Ajackus LearnVilla was launched on 9th June 2021 by the Training Squad at Ajackus. Ajackus partnered with Open edX Platform to make learning convenient for each team member. Ajackus teammates can now easily access courses on remote training, public speaking, No Code/Low Code, and more by simply creating an account at https://learnvilla.ajackus.com/

The Direction

The WHYs and HOWs of Ajackus LearnVilla are pretty clear which makes our direction well navigated. We want to ensure the learning of the future of work through our illustrative modules and cover every aspect of growth required by team members ranging from technical and non-technical skills to cultural infusion.

The ultimate goal is to ready our engineers for the future by making them all-rounders.

The WHYs behind Ajackus LearnVilla’s manifestation can be further broken down as:

The Coordination

The LearnVilla platform is organized and coordinated by a team of leaders who also happen to be technical and operational experts. Better known as The Training Squad together, Urvi Shah, Rahil Parkar, and Syed Hussain run this initiative under the leadership and guidance of Nirmal Topiwala.
